I recently went to this clinic for a consultation with Dr. Freiman. Start to finish the experience was unpleasant and hurried. I entered 20 mins early and was given the usual forms to fill out with a non-functional/weak pen. I used my own pen and upon handing it back to the asian receptionist lady she started chewing me out about how this was an electronic pen given to me for a reason. I offered to fill out another form with the correct pen and she replied "just go sit down", like she was doing me a favor by just showing up to work. The doctor was nice but didn't want to spend anymore than 60 seconds with me (I guess a medical consultation isn't where the $ is at?). On my way out I asked the same Asian secretary if she had kept my health card and she curtly replied "why don't you check". Another person working with her replied "we don't usually keep them". I will NEVER go here again. People skills are crucial to running a business and I'm sure that if others have the same experience they will fail.
