I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr Lappas office staff!! Alice , who books and confirms apts, always pleasant, cheerful, and welcoming.Wendy , his nurse , FANTASTIC! Easy to talk to , pleasant, helpful+++!!!! Great at call backs with in hours. Great with follow up. An overall wonderful experience;)

Really the nicest group of nurses and front end staff you would find in Edmonton. They are always helpful and will call you back even about the dumbest questions that I have. Alice at the front is super. Then the nurses who have to listen to us all day long who are incredibly patient with us. We appreciate these folks a great deal. I am very comfortable with them and I appreciate the work they do.
