I received very poor services and was mistreated. First come, first serve was the after hours clinic policy. However, on Mar 15, 2012, I waited for more two hours and still did not get to see a doctor but about 6 or 7 patients came after me got called in. I asked the two receptionists - Gjita and Mary Anne why the patients came after me got to see the doctors. They told me that the patients who are affiliated with the doctors should be served first which I was not informed when I came in and there was no notice of this rule posted anywhere in the waiting area to inform patients. When I asked them the second time after I waited for more than 2 hours and half and about 12 patients after me were called in, they gave a sheet that contained the rules which violated what was stated on their website - "First come, first serve" policy. The two receptionists were rude to me and told me: "If you like it, stay; otherwise leave and go find other doctors; and if you keep asking, we will call the security to escort you out". I was humiliated by the comments. I just simply asked about the reason why but I received the rudeness and mistreatment from them that added the distress to my sickness. I was crying out of the control but they kept telling me to leave. That was unacceptable services which violated the government principle and act "put patient first and excellent care for all Ontarians".
