I have been going to this office since I was a child, and if you ask me or any one in my family, the quality of service has gone down every year. Nowadays, receptionists are more busy checking their facebook accounts than answering the phones (a two hour lunch break 12-2 where phones are shut off is absurd), and when they DO answer the phone so you can book an appointment with your family doctor, they have the impertinence to ask you why you want to see them. This is not a walk in clinic, where one needs to gauge a time estimate for each patient. When I give as vague an answer as possible for the staff, they ask me to give a more detailed answer, to which I answer, 'none of your business, that's between my Doctor and I.' Before you even see the doctor now, you have to talk to a nurse who will ask you what's wrong, why you're there, etc. Between reception, nurse and doctor, two of the three of those staff members need not know why I am there at all. I also love how when one makes an appointment weeks in advance (as you have to, because their hours are atrocious) you still end up waiting well over an hour. And what does reception do when you ask what's taking so long? They close the windowed door and tell you that next time you should make an appointment a month in advance so you don't have to wait. The worst service I have ever experienced, and as I said before, I've been coming there for nearly thirty years.

I only come into contact with staff when something or someone has screwed up. The clinic's policies and the specific doctor's policies do not reflect each other. The administration appears, in my opinion, to have forgotten "the contract" we all signed, pomising to use only the clinic's facilities and doctors for our medical needs. This IS NOT BEING HONOURED. If a your doctor is not available, the doctor [locum] filling in WILL NOT RENEW PRESCRIPTIONS WITHOUT A VISIT. No one cares to make life easier for the patent, only their staff. I am so mad, I could spit! ...so I shall stop here. Suffice it to say, that it is only to see Dr. Frendo, that put up with their nonsense.
