Ever since we came here, the personnel at the front desk never improved. They answer the phone, and say, "Hold on, please". Why would you pick up the phone and say hold on? When you pick up the phone, that means you are ready to answer it, right? It's either they are ignorant of basic customer service or they are downright, incapable for the job
