The waiting room is too tight & invades everyone's personal space. The doctor is inconsiderate of the patient's concerns about their symptoms. How is she going to diagnose anyone if a patient cannot explain/tell all symptoms? Then, if you've done any research on the internet about your own symptoms (because she couldn't be bothered to listen), she simply asks you if you are a doctor! WOW! I realize that doctors in this area get a lot of people who may have regular symptoms but if a doctor cannot realize that a lethargic patient may be simply fixed with a good ONE A DAY vitamin, then that doctor, in my opinion is useless! By the way, you can't tell a doctor these days about more than a couple of symptoms because if this is 2 different ailments, then they should be treated on 2 different events, really this just means billing the system twice for the same patient. WHERE IS THE OATH THEY TAKE IN ALL THIS! IS IT REALLY ALL ABOUT MONEY! I DON'T KNOW OF A SINGLE PERSON WHO WOULD GO AND SEE THE DOCTOR WHEN THEY ARE FEELING GOOD! Check-ups don't even exist any more because doctors only get so much per patient so they don't want to schedule you in for a full check up which will take 15-30 mins out of their schedule. Why would they, doctors can see 15 patients in this time frame and if there is a quota for the day, they would rather go home. Dr. Neeru Anand is by far the worse physician I have seen. I thought I could go to her because she is within walking distance, however, I would rather drive to a good doctor rather than walk to a bad one! Her secretaries are something else as well! I asked for a referral to a certain allergy specialist because our whole family has been seeing this allergy specialist for years. They booked an appointment 3 times with another allergy specialist which I had to call and cancel all 3 times. They finally got it right on the 4th try.
