When you take an appointment at this clinic, please do not hurry to make it on time. Chances are, even if you are 2 hours late you will probably still be too early for your appointment and will need to make another 45 min to an hour. This clinic has 0 ( zero) ZERO!!! consideration for other people's time. To be scheduled for 2pm but not see the doctor before 4:30 is not only unfortunate but extremely unprofessional. This is not a GLEN hospital with thousands of patients and impossible to calculate waiting lines. This is a relatively small office with poor management and horrible service. Wouldn't consider going back, even if my eye depended ot it ;)

The receptionist at the front desk was rude and inconsiderate. She also made mistakes on my file, getting the doctor wrong, getting my name wrong: unprofessional and incompetent is what my impression was. Added to this negative impression was the long waiting time, and overpriced fees (i.e $40 for drops). For a private clinic, I expected much better. I prefer the Montreal Eye Institute- much more modern and professional staff.

Dr Sheila Huang, the only doctor about whom I can speak at this clinic, seems to be an excellent doctor, solicitous, friendly, committed and knowledgeable. However, the clinic's organization is a catastrophe: the receptionists are beyond incompetent, getting appointments wrong, missing them completely, calling two or three times for the same appointment, losing files, confusing months, mixing up patients, contradicting each other and even themselves. The doctor admitted that the receptionists routinely double-book appointments, which is what causes, in part, the preposterous wait times (three or four hours, at least). It's disrespectful of the doctors and of the patients, and really fails to meet any kind of service standard.
