This was my horrible experience with McVean Medical Center. I am registered as regular patient. I started making calls at Thursday around 2 PM and there was no body to pick up the phone till 8 PM. Next day on Friday there was same thing. On Saturday I called and I was told that there was nobody to pick the phone on Thursday and Friday. In which country I am living? Now receptionists at Medical Clinics don't have time to pick up the phones. What a shame to this novel profession and shame to Canadian Health system who is helpless to pick up the phone a registered medical patient, diagnosis is another matter. And more funny is that they are still inviting new patients. They don't deserve the respect of dealing with existing patients.
