Where to begin? The front staff of this clinic are the most rude people I have had to deal with. No manners at all... Their follow thru also sucks. I am now chasing Down paperwork that was to be in place almost three months ago. I tried to contact my doctor to straighten this out and was told that they do not take patient calls... What to do??? I am dealing with a clinic in Edmonton and will be a new patient to their office. What a difference - the staff there is very polite and extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. The girls there helped me get paper in place and pre visit tests were booked within a half hour. All is a go no thanks to the Malone Clinic staff. Shame on you guys.........
