Dr. Benour is a great N.S., but his staff leaves something to be desired. Dr. Benour performed my brain surgery in Sept. 2014, and my recovery has been successful, my Chronic headaches are gone, but I may need another surgery as all my symptoms are not completely gone, having said that, I feel absolutely confident in Dr. Benours ability to perform this surgery and would not hesitate to have him perform any additional surgeries I may need.

4 weeks to do a basic report and get it across town to my GP is far too long. There is a serious administrative issue here. A report should take no more that 1/2 an hour to transcribe including time for coffee and a bathroom break. So what is happening the other 27 days and 6 1/2 hours???

Dr. Mahmoud Benour is a fantastic surgeon. He is extremely dedicated and organized. Both him and his team were amazing. His bedside manner was outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a phenomenal person and surgeon.

Terrible. Husband had neck surgery 5 mos. ago. insert 6" metal plate. We found out 2 mos. later there's (hardware) problem. Still in extreme constant pain. He told him not to do anything physical incl physio (short walks ok) until he gets 2nd xray results and what if anything he's going to do about it. Husband went for the 2nd xray 3 mos. ago. Never heard from him again, no call, no follow up, nothing. No report to family Dr. Doesn't ever do what he tells you he's going to do. Arrogant. Truly does not care about patient. Has no personality let alone bedside manner.
