He has very bad customer service, specially his administrative assistant, she aggressively and not answering the phone or replay on your message most the time. Moreover she always when you call put you on the hold for long time. Also waiting time is from 2- 4.5 hours. The doctor and his staff not respect the patients, only first time the doctor will speak nice to you and advice you to get the medicine, but when you start the medicine after that they know you can’t stop it, so they didn’t care about your health and they didn’t tell the true about the side effect of the medicine, just they want number of patient. My family doctor when I complain to him about bad service from the doctor and his staff he told me he got four complains in one day about waiting long time and bad service and less care and respect for people.

Dr. Magdy El Khashab is the most helpful specialist, I ever met during my many years of struggle with Hep. C. Since Dr. El Khashab, accepted me as a patient, I have the confidence that he does everything possible to help my condition. If someone has to wait, a little longer- get in the examination room and see why you need to wait :his human and high professional approach is unique. Dr. El Khashab will take as much time as he can, to explain and to answer your questions. The care facility stuff is very well organized and knowledgeable with the high technology equipment in the clinic.

What an amazing doctor, with an equally amazing staff. It is rare these days to be referred to a specialist who has expert level knowledge and is caring and compassionate in equal measure. I left his office feeling completely confident I was receiving the absolute best care from Dr. El-Khashab and the staff nurse I saw. It is evident Dr. El-Khashab has genuine respect for his patients.

I am under Dr. Magdi El Kashab, for more than 20 years. Doctor El Kashab professionalism and pleasant approach on all my health issues, are the best support I can expect . I need to mention the very helpful team, at the office; always, ready to help and advice. Thanks God, for the blessing, to know Dr. El Kashab and his team of professional people!
