While Dr. Anderson's staff is very friendly and helpful, I was most unimpressed with the professional behaviour of Dr. Lucyna Anderson. She berated and insulted me for moving plans that were not in my control in what amounted to verbal harassment on my last visit to her office. Furthermore, on none of my previous visits did she ever take the time to ask if I had any questions or concerns regarding my pregnancy. And she was persistently rude to her staff in the presence of her patients. I would certainly not recommend her services to anyone looking for a friendly, courteous doctor.
