The front desk staff is rude and are not profession when dealing with most phone calls. The male nurse that works there David he is also rude and unprofessional when dealing with phone calls. Going to the doctor is already stressful enough top deal with let alone dealing with ungrateful people. Thnis is the medical center that I am making the complaint about: LifeSource Medical Centre 2130 Robertson Road The women at the front desk has never given me here name she refuses. She is older but no gray hair but short and curly. When I had asked David for a manager to speak with he said he is the managaer and that there is no one else who I can speak with about these complaints. Also when asked about the facilitiy it is very clean but the women at the front desk carries on conversations with the other staff while a patient waits for her to finish and when she talks it seems bitter and hostile and rushed. The Lifesource clinic reception staff are very rude and cannot manage their records and patients properly. The doctors are very good although the frontdesk receiption staff especially David are very poor at managing both patient appointments as well as extending common courtesy to the patients.
