Great experience at the Lakeshore where my husband was admitted for a serious issue. Prompt service due to urgency of the case, prompt IV antibiotics given, the doctor we saw was very knowledgeable and considerate. Would repeat the experience!

WORST Experience EVER! Most nurses are Rude and don't have a clue what they are doing. Medication given was wrong or was given much later than it should have, every question had 3 different answers, meals were given before surgery....what should have been a few day stay turned into 2 weeks due to incompetence. All this based on a minor surgery....could not image if you were actually dying of something. I understand being understaffed but this was not the issue...having to wait longer to see someone can be expected but being given the wrong meds, meals when your not supposed to eat and being lied to about when the medication was supposed to be given is clearly due to the incompetent staff. I can guarantee you that no one that works in that hospital would EVER admit their loved ones there!
