Not only was the receptionist extremely RUDE but she actually asked me to PAY an administrative fee of $60!!! Doctor's visits are covered by OHIP. I feel sorry for all those patients who paid the money without knowing they don't have to. I booked the first appointment of the day so that I wouldn't have to wait (because I have a 4 month old baby) - when I got to the office, they told me the doctor wasn't even IN yet!!! Well why did I even bother to make an appointment?! Once he finally DID arrive, he started seeing OTHER patients - EVEN though I was the first scheduled appointment! There were people waiting there, and I think they were there for acupuncture - whatever - it's more money for him, so he sees whoever is there. Just because you know you can help people - it doesn't mean you're GOD and shouldn't treat people with respect! We too have things to do and shouldn't be made to wait for an unknown amount of time while the staff is RUDE and unsympathetic! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!
