I have not been to Dr. Letwin's office. I was required by him to only see him at the hospital. I can only speak to the attitude of the receptionist and I felt her attitude was quite poor. She needs sensitivity training on how to handle people. She needs to get rid of the chip on her shoulder. I suggest they both learn how to deal with people in terms that are fair and kind. I do not feel that it is right to treat people like they are your children. This is how she treated me.

Dr. Letwin is very professional and immediately inspires confidence.He explains pre and post-op procedures and invites questions. I was very nervous about my cataract surgery,but after my experience with Dr. Letwin, I am not worried in the least about any future eye operations.I heartily recommended him already to one of my friends and will continue to do so,as GREAT DOCTORS are hard to find.Thank you again for restoring my precious eyesight, Dr. Letwin.
