I am a high risk pregnant who has experienced a tough time so far.Today was my second ultrasound visit in this clinic. Two ladies were involved (Toba An Iranian lady and an Armenian lady who i cant recall her name)while doing their professional job, they were super nice and kind to me.They answered all my questions about my unborn baby. I really appreciate what they have done for me today.

I went for my first 11 week pregnancy ultrasound. I was on time for my appointment and advised the front desk ladies that I had a full bladder and really had to pee. One of the clerks wasn't even bothered by my request. The other one told me to hold in in for 5 minutes as I was next to go in. I understand the need to have liquids in your system for the ultrasound, however, she made me wait 30 minutes before I was called in by a technician. During the ultrasound, I requested to have my husband in the room and they looked at me like I I had three heads. "Are you sure? You want your husband in here?" I'm not sure if it was a cultural thing considering most of the employees were Asian and South Asian working there. The two Asian technicians spoke to each other in Chinese during the my ultrasound pointing the image and making faces. I had to keep asking what they were saying because I was starting to get worried that there might be something wrong with the baby. They kept sending my husband out of the room until I asked for him to come back to see the image. Once everything was completed I asked when I could get a copy of the image and they said they do not give us a print out. If we wanted one we had to ask before the appointment and pay for it. As a first time-pregnant woman, how was I supposed to do that. The technician then told me that I have to ask for it at my next ultrasound which is at 19 weeks. I am definitely not going back to this place.

My father had an xray appointment. The lady technician was so rude and unprofessional to him. Talked to him so rudely and was unclear on the instructions she gave him and when my dad was not able to understand her, she rudely blamed him saying that he doesn't know English. What made me more angry is that she rudely told him to go outside and wear his clothes that he was told to remove while having his Xray...I am really shocked by this unprofessional and rude lab technician... I will never visit this place again

The ultrasound technicians are unprofessional and rude. They should be more understanding towards mothers who have questions and concerns about their unborn babies. At past nineteen weeks my baby was not giving the best poses for ultrasound pics. The lady technician who was doing the ultrasound was very rude and cold to me and kept telling me you have to come back. She wasnt even willing to try. But then luckily my baby changed position and she had to finish her job.
