i had to reschedule my visit to dr. McKeen after a long wait at the reception, in order to be accepted for a quick follow up. The main goal for dr. McKeen to avoid any treatment and try to wash her hands by applying pressure on patient and manipulating terminology. Thus i was sent home without any treatment even i was referred to her by test results. Dr said that we don't care about the test results; it is just a number, which is very curious approach taken by conventional medical doctor, you would rely on and would be referred to by your family doctor. I don't recommend this doctor, she also made negative comments about naturopaths "as they can harm patient". What about not treating disease and referring to the test results as "just a meaningless number" isn't it harm for a patient? Who wants to be referred to such specialist, to waste their time and be disappointed and frustrated, being put in risk. In the end of our conversation she didn’t say even Good buy, she just left room and went to her office, while I was sitting in waiting for her in the room by no knowing what to do. This doctor provides terrible customer service and she is just arrogant with her patients.
