My father atttended two eye exams at HAKIM optical in Burlington, ON where "Dr" Harris was performing eye exams. As my father is 95 yrs old I attended teh second visit at "Dr" Harris' request. He was impatient, unprofessional, ondescending and we (my Dad - the patient - and I) if we had just has a veterinary visit or a visit with an eye-care professional. Needless, to day, I will NEVER recommend that anyone visit this store for an eye exam. Make an appointment with a prefessional in a preofessional setting. The store itself is great and the service polite and efficient. Just avoid eye exams (free doesn't matter when the client is treated like a farm animal)
