Ashamed to be a tax payer and see what condition this hospital is in! I was there 1 week ago in the emergency. There was one nurse who was super helpful but the nurse who saw my mom was rude, cold and inconsiderate! The nurse who left her in the room for 40+ minutes was busy talking to the docotor on staff (a very arrogant Mr. Gerard)his vactioning in Boston! I had to go in 3 times to remind them they had a 68 year old patient who was in pain!!!!! When Mr. Gerard FINALLY came to see he, he was both rude and just plain mean! Very BAD BAD BAD experience!
