Doctor charged in sexual assault investigation Javad Peirovy, 40 31 Division 416-808-3100 The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault investigation. On Friday, August 20, 2010 and on Friday, October 15, 2010 police issued a news release informing the public of an arrest made in a sexual assault investigation. See previous release. See previous release. On Friday, November 26, 2010 police received a report of a sexual assault. It is alleged that: - the accuse is a medical doctor who was working at several clinics in Toronto, - between March 15, 2010 and April 15, 2010, a 23-year-old woman attended the Yorkwood Medical Clinic at 2885 Jane Street, for an appointment with accused, - during the appointment the accused sexually assaulted her. Javad Peirovy, 40, of Toronto, has been charged with Sexual Assault. He is scheduled to appear in court at Toronto North Court on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 room 306, 10 a.m. Police believe there may be more victims.
