The entire experience, from the time one walks through the front door until one leaves with directions for after care and appointment for follow-up, often with a direct number to call Dr. MacDonald should there be problems, is comfortable and relaxed in amazingly designed surroundings. His staff, from the receptionists to the nurses who assist in the surgeries, are an integral part of the entire process, making the patient feel more relaxed about the process - and feeling comfortable makes a person a better patient. The nurses assisting are highly skilled and compassionate without coddling. Dr. MacDonald himself has a great sense of humour, almost as great as his skill. I have immense confidence in that skill and in his ability to correct the problems confronting him. Wish other surgeons were as attentive to detail, as skilled, and as competent.
