The office staff is unprofessional. I had to call several times a day for 2 weeks to get the forms signed by dr.

I have always found the staff to be helpful and kind. I do find that the phones are often busy, so I use my fax when I need to get a message to my doctor and it has always been an efficient way to get my message across to my doctor or to the staff if I need to contact them.

I needed to get some information about a doctor that I was familiar with and I asked the clerks at the desk to give me the information. Firstly they flat out refused. THen they said that I faxed them the form which was the reason I needed the form in the first place then they would fill out the information. I faxed it to them at a great cost because no one uses fax machines anymore and I had to find a fax machine to send them the fax with. At the time it was 2014 and they hadn't even upgraded to email yet. THEY DIDN'T HAVE AN EMAIL YET. WHAT THE KIND OF ORGANIZATION USES FAX MACHINES AS THE ONLY WAY OF COMMUNICATING INFORMATION OTHER THAN TELEPHONES IN 2014? I managed to fax them the form and they didn't fill out the required information. They just put their contact information which you could find above on the internet. I guess they still haven't acknowledged that the internet exists yet. Absolutely hated the place I never did get the proper information from them. Worst clinic ever. Don't go there at all costs. Receptionists there are awful.
