I arrived early to fill out the new patient form. I was ushered into the waiting room and my blood pressure was taken. I heard a lot of laughing and gabbing going on in the next room presuming it was the Dr. as the staff was at a different location. I complained after fifteen minutes to the staff and they said the Dr. was behind. I was amazed that he was behind 9.30 am in the morning. there was a lady in the waiting room who was also booked at my time 9.30 am. The staff finally knocked on his door which ended his appointment with the patient, who left in no apparent pain or distress. The Dr. rebuked his staff for knocking on his door and I asked him if he was typically so far behind this early in the morning as I was to be a new patient. He said he had to see his patient and if i did not like it I could leave which I did.
