Rude, arrogant, insulting, tries to be intimidating, (didn't work with me!) Told me I had no choice in what treatment I would receive, so I decided I had a choice in my dr. and I found a new one, where I drive 20 miles round-trip. Much better! Would not send my worst enemy to this dr.
