This is just my visual opinion. This establishment is a tad run-down and in desperate need of improvements.

As much as I applaud the Doctors at this office, especially one of the GPs, I have had three to four plus Administrative problems resulting in not receiving prescriptions in a timely fashion, having Appointments incorrectly scheduled and incorrectly communicated. This has resulted in arriving in the afternoon as was written on my Appointment Card and being told my appointment was for first thing in the morning and that I would have to come back another day. Other Administrative errors have led to not being able to get service in a timely fashion and having to go to an Emergency Hospital Department to be seen for a mild condition and something as major as a critical condition (which may have been prevented had I been able to get in to see a Doctor). There is one further Administrative error that is so severe that I fear posting it hear as a blowback could potentially cause problems for the Frontenac Medical Associates. Lastly, one of the substitute Doctors for one of the GPs whom saw me once and did not know my medical history incorrectly and improperly labeled me with a Two Major Disorders, as well as an Addiction problem when all three items were reviewed and decided as completely incorrect by three other Doctors, and two other Medical Professionals. This affected me, my loved ones, and my family. I am still dealing with the fallout from this one. So, if you are looking for a good GP, I highly recommend a couple of the GPs there however I professionally feel the Administrative Staff at the Frontenac Medical Associates would benefit with some retraining. The Doctor who decided to label me does not work there anymore and is working nearby out of town. I would recommend avoiding her as a GP. Sincerely, Judd Silverstein Not Real Name

I love my doctor but it is ridiculously hard to get a hold of anyone at this office. It's constantly either a busy signal, a disconnected signal, or an 'out to lunch' recorded message with no way to leave your name or number. It takes me around 2 hours to get through to someone which is appalling.
