Excellent facility, clean, bright, spacious and well maintained. Good attentive and careing Doctors. Good REFERALS. A bit of a problem getting through on the phone, but generally a First Class facility. I highly recommend them

Doctors are generally nice, however, it is impossible to get an appointment here, try spending most of your afternoon calling because you want to speak to a real person not a machine (yup, they don't reply if you just leave a voice mail), and once you reach a real person, be hold for at least 10-15 minutes again. It would be really great if I can see my doctor.

I am one of the discriminating people I know, when it comes to health care. I hold the bar VERY high! This clinic is, in my opinion, the best in Toronto. The doctors (ALL!!) have great bedside manners and do listen well. The desk staff are always pleasant, polite and helpful even though one can clearly see they are working full steam most of the time. The lab staff are gentle and friendly. Dr. Cord, whom I know best, passed my toughest tests, honesty and empathy. You could not do better than the Forest Hill Family Health Centre. A first rate practice with old style principals.
