Just got back from a "doctor's appointment" at the First Care Medical Clinic. It was a horrible experience. We waited almost 2 hours before being brought inside. Then when we were finally brought in, we waited another 20 mins before seeing the doctor. When finally seeing the doctor, he spent no more than 1 minute for the BOTH of us. In the past we received more time in a walk in clinic. When I asked him about my acne, and the ways it can be treated, he prescribed me birth control pills. WOW. After that, we were given two prescriptions each with very little explanation, and then shoved us out of his office, told us to book another appointment in 6 weeks. As soon as we left the clinic we threw away the prescription. The service was horrible. The staff were unprofessional. The doctors were completely impatient. The worst family doctor experience ever and was such a waste of time.

This medical clinic needs a lot of improvement in patient care. Despite the convenient location to my home and work, I will never step foot back or recommend this medical clinic to anyone, not even to strangers. Doctors are rarely on time, the wait is beyond the norm, the receptionists are clueless or unskilled. This medical clinic needs a certified supervisor/office manager to help keep this place organized & run this place. I am very disappointed in the entire staff, I am now a new patient down the street, I am extremely happy with their patient service. Despite the small size office, they are 100% better in organization and patient care than First Care medical clinic.
