The staff of the finchgate medical center is very rude and heartless. I was trying to get appointment for my son, he had lots of pain in his abdominal. We tried to get an appointment, they ignore our phone calls and when we email then they gave us very rude replies. WE went to the emergency, they told us to show it our family doctor. They still didn't give us an appointment. It is like my kids don't even have a doctor. I recommend not going to this place at all. There receptionist is really rude and I changed my family doctor right away.

This is the worst medical office i have ever been to. Its a nightmare to book an appointment with them. Sometimes you might have to call them continously for atleast a week to get an appointment. The Doctors are even the worst, always rushing. They will not spend more than 10 min with you.
