As a veteran I was sent to a specialist for my feet by Dr. Fernandez, when I asked for a second opinion I was asked to find another family doctor as she didn't think she'd be able to help me in any way. After months of trying to get another doctor, one of her colleagues took me on as a patient, and she tried to charge me $30 dollars to transfer the file...after complaining they waived the fee, but come on, it wasn't my idea to find a new doctor it was yours. If you are a current serving member, or a veteran, you might want to look elsewhere, not much interest in helping people at this office based on my experience. Being open only 25 hrs. a week doesn't help with wait times...
