I find the staff here seems to be over worked. Nevertheless they've always been kind to me and seem to do their best. Only complaint I would have is the difficulty of getting through and being put on hold with nothing to indicate whether they remember you or not. I'd like to see a bit more staff (less stressed) and maybe it would be nice to be able to have a better phone system. I challenge any of the doctors there to try getting through the lines (especially in the morning) that alone elevates the risk of a heart attack! Overall though - I just love my doctor and wish the staff and Dr Ghazigian happy holidays

Serving clients is the last priority of the reception personnel. While they are chatting amongst themselves (often complaining about clients), patients are lined up at their desk (it does not matter if they are elderly), and waiting on hold on the telephone. You literally have to stand there and patiently wait for them to finish their discussion, do some filing, answer the phone, then they serve you. It's ridiculous
