The Royal Ottawa Health Care Group is a relatively modern facility but the staff tends to treat patients like pests. Doctor Lee himself is an expert on sleep disorders and he approaches all psychiatric problems from that perspective. He is generally very pleasant and knowledgeable, but also notoriously late and generally not interested in your private thoughts and feelings.
