This place is ridiculous. Dr. Girgis is rude, uncaring, and rushes through every appointment. When I have someone as my "doctor" I expect them to act like my "doctor", not like I am a walk in patient. The front desk staff - the worst I've ever encountered. I'm sure they've searched for the clinic on the internet before, and if you are reading this front desk staff, read all the reviews above and get a hint. Be kinder. It's your job! I am not switching doctors in a hopes to get a problem solved that has been ongoing for over a year, but Dr. Girgis simply has written off and doesn't care about. If you don;t care about it Dr. Girgis, maybe a doctor who actually does their job correctly will. P.S. Once, I was put into a room and there were used swabs and kleenex on the floors/counters. I will be sending that picture in to the health board. Disgusting.

The custome care staff is just useless. Either that or they are overworked. Every time I try to call them, they put me on un-ending hold. Seems like they don't keep their patient records properly either. I tried to extract my son's records from them for his school purpose and they had a different reason to keep me on hold all 15 times I called them. Doctors are good, but if you expect any clercial help from this center you need to find an alternate solution.

The doctors is very good but the desk staff is quite lazy and inattentive. They frequently complain that they are too busy to help you and never return phone calls.

Horrible! The receptionist is really rude, Makes everyone who walks in or call feel like they are bothering her. I dont know how she is still working there. The nurses...well lets just say they barely talk to you and when they do its not personable at all. Dr Girgis and Dr Patel are great why do they have such rude staff working with them that brings the rep of the office down. Im shocked!

Sukh
Dr. Girgis has been really helpful and kind to me during my pregnancy. If you are looking for a female doctor who is understanding and takes her time, I would highly recommend her. Her working hours are good too, as she works after work hrs.
