While Dr. Cooper is the best doctor I have ever had, there is little to no attention paid to the waiting room area. It is dirty and hostile with patients doing drug deals right in the waiting area and outside in front of the clinic. The staff is hostile assuming that all patients are heroin addicts. Rea, one staff member who is past 75 now should have retired ten years ago. She is very rude and inconsiderate to most patients. Again, Robert Cooper is an excellent doctor, but he is like most if not all jewish doctors - gives no consideration for the gentiles he treats. His waiting room is an example that he cares little for the comfort of his patients while waiting. Why give them anything? He still gets paid the same if he invests in a proper waiting room or not.
