I have always been very happy with Dr. Zaazou's service and helpful staff. Never have i ever been disappointed with anything. Staff is very competient, helpful and understanding.

My baby came from intensive care he was born 5 weeks early, when the nursery released him they hAd Told me that dr.zazoou had set an appointment up for a week from his discharge date. hE should of seen my son 48hours after he was discharged, when I went to confirm my appointment there was no appointment time on the discharge papers, when I called his staff told me my son was not even on file ?so when I went to my appointment his nurse was very rude asking me a million questions with attitude making me feel like I wasn't my babies mom ,she complained at me cause I didn't bring my discharge papers, then she made me strip my baby down to nothing to weigh him and left the room and started chatting and laughing with other people , their office was very cold so I put hid blanket on him when she came in she is like take this off of him, I'm like it's dame cold in hear he is premature I don't want him getting sick, then when inwas cleaning his bum she tried rushing me to put his diper on and I'm like no dame it I'm cleaning him first .dr zazoou is nice but he was also rushing me through the appointment. Overall I was very unhappy with there service never again!!!!!!!

The staff dealing with appointments is inconsiderate.Once I requested them to change my appointment time on four hours notice due to medical condition that happened all of a sudden and I could not move because of it plus I had to go by bus but the lady at the phone showed no mercy and didn't reschedule my appointment and threatened me with charging $50.Rules are there for people but equitable and humanitarian grounds should never be overlooked.I expected her to swap me with some other patient or waive the $50 but she simply refused to budge.

It began with the nurse, I believe her name is Rinali. When my son went in for his 2 month shots, she proceeded to tell me how to hold him down. This is new to me as my family doctor and her nurse usually do this. When I pointed out blood and that the band-aid was not sticking, she blamed me and told me it was because I was not holding him down. Other comments were made but do not fit in this box. I wanted to let Dr. Zaazou know that his nurse made me feel insecure and uncomfortable. Surely, I thought the doctors would want to know if they had nurses that made patients feel this way so that it could be corrected. Instead, Dr. Zaazou seemed nonchalant about my complaints. I explained to him that it wasn't just the sight of the vaccine shot that concerned me (band-aids falling off, and a little blood) but her manner. He proceeded to tell me that she is a doctor as if that should make me feel better. Basically, none of my concerns were heard. I was angry at this point. He said next time I come back I can go to the Filipina nurse who works on different days. I felt that he did not get why i was angry. I replied "there will be no next time" and he replied, "I am glad about that too," which I thought, was extremely unprofessional. Further, the nurse did not explain any of the shots she was administering to my son as well as any of the side effects. I had to ask her these questions.I am not returning to this office. The receptionists and the Filipina nurse are amazing but it is too bad that this new paediatrician is so inept at dealing with his patients.

He's My Son's Pediatrician, and I find him outstanding and a great doctor. He works amazing with babies and young children, and when somethings wrong he doesn't beat around the bush, he tells you what is going on and why it is happening. I would recommend him to anyone although where is is very popular he is pretty packed.
