Dear Dr. Mehan: I had an xray and mri done on my knee's due to two vehicles that struck me on the highway. I have yet to hear the results, as it appears to be in the Milton clinic still and no one would cooperate with me in order to find what other problems I have with them. I requested several time for them to forward my complete file/hardcopy as well. I'm not sure if they had discarded - can you please let me know what the results are. Furhtermore, Dr. Hopkin's had filled out my application for disability, but since she has closed her practise, the ministry has prolong my application for over a year now! Unless, it is refiled. May I come in again for a thorough assessment and refile the forms as my conditions has not improved and getting worse than ever. Thank you kindly, Mary Kong Sincerely, Mary
