Dr Dinn is fantastic, but as good as he is, the office staff are bad. The office staff are incompetent, rude and totally unprofessional. If you require things to be done in a timely fashion it won' happen with these clerks. I feel sorry for Dr Dinn as he does an amazing job and his people skills are outstanding. The staff are the drawback.
