This doctor is absolutely horrible. I have been with her since day one. Back then she was great...helpful, spent time with you to go over reports, short wait times to see the doctor...fast forward 6 years and it is completely horrible. Her husband is ignorant and has no manners and feels he can talk to anyone the way he likes, but doesn't help when there are patients with concerns, just refers them to sit down and tell the doctor. The receptionist are completely useless and lack basic knowledge on how a doctors office run. They never answer there phones and the machine to leave messages is ALWAYS full. Dangerous mistakes are made regarding prescriptions. I was misdiagnosed a few times by her and when I confronted her about it she just said well, I can treat you now for it. Totally unacceptable. The follow up care once you have been diagnosed with something is non-exist and when you see her in the room, for an appt. Its less than 5 minutes after you have been waiting 2 hours to see her. Also at Christmas, she only takes care of her community by giving them money for gifts and has parties for them and their families. Which makes her other patients feel very left out and not wanted. I am getting a new doctor and refuse to see her anymore. So if you want to feel safe and taken care of I would not suggest that you see this doctor. She is a health risk to her patients.

Dr. Sivakumar, has been my family doctor since I moved to Toronto 5 years ago. She welcomed me, a new patient from the East Coast of Canada with amazing treatment, accurate diagnosis', positive energy and superb intelligence in the Medical field. The day she accepted me as her patient, I have never felt more on top of my well-being and health! I know I am under her amazing professional medical care.She is one of the best family doctors in the city! Thank you and God bless.
