Even though he sometimes runs behind with appointments, I don't mind the wait because he always takes time to make sure we have covered everything I wanted to talk to him about. His nurse is SO good at dealing with my kids (especially their shots!) and the other girl at the front desk has been able to work miracles and get me or my kids fitted in for an appointment even on their busiest days.
