When I have attended the office , the staff greet you and pull your file ( ask for health card ) Dr. Alexov very personable and I find very thorough. He does not rush to get to next patient. Very open to questions and answers. The office is run Professionally as it should be. There are times , as a patient you must wait , but thus the testamont to ensure his patients are checked out thoroughly.
