Dr. Barron seemed pretty good when we first started to see her however 5 months have passed and Dr. Barron still cannot say what the problem is. She referred us to a doctor that cannot see us for almost a year due to age and is not competent enough to be able to forward the records to a doctor that could see her now. Dr. Barron has been supposed to send the records to the family doctor so that that doctor can do her job and refer her to the correct doctor. It has been 3 weeks since Dr. Barron's office was going to fax the records and the family doctor has yet to receive them. This is for a patient that has been sick in bed since January and nobody cares that this girl has not been going to school and cries daily due to pain. Dr. Barron has been on 2 - 3 vacations since this whole ordeal started and seems to be all she cares about. The Dr.'s office is at least answering the phone now but when we first started to see this doctor, we had to wait a week in order to hear back from anyone. The doctor is only in the office one day a week and the receptionist would always wait until the doctor left for the day to return a call and we would have to wait another week to hear back from anyone. TOTALLY ABSURD!! WORST SERVICE EVER!! I am also filing a complain with the medical board.
