I disagree with the earlier posts. I had a very good experience with Dr.V and his staff today at my son's appointment. The receptionists were very warm and helpful both over the phone and in person - and also playful with my son! I would appreciate it if someone could comment on their experience pre- and post- surgery for their child with Dr. V.

Need New Receptionists
Dr was good, but the receptionists are the least friendly I have ever met in my entire life. You would think being in a Childrens Hospital, they would be kind and friendly. Not at all. Rude to say the least.

Doctor Vaccani it's great and the best, but the secretaries and receptionist are not very friendly, they need to remember that they work at a children's hospital.
