One year ago yesterday , I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Mehdian . He had been the very patient , friendly and easy to understand Doctor i ever worked with. Because of him and the team of other doctors and nurses at North York General Hospital i was able to go home 3 months later to my family . He made sure that i was always looked after and i saw him every time he was in the hospital he always took time out to talk to me about my treatment and what my outlook was all about. Thanks a million time over Dr. Mehdian because of you i am taking and making steps towards recovering.

Dr. Mehdian performed anterior approach for both L and R hips. In summary he did an unbelievable amazing job !! For both hips I was walking the same day after surgery and able to bend over and put my shoes on and able to sit on the toilet with no issues. For my L hip I was leg pressing after 1 month and after 3 month I was squatting in the gym with no issues. ALL PAIN FREE. My R hip I was more energetic and started doing chores around the house in the first week including vacuuming but I paid the price for not taking it easy. I was able to leg press and squat after 1 month and after lots of massage therapy to get rid of the knots in the R and L thighs I was able to be pain free in 1 month. Not there was no pain in the hip it was only in my thighs. I recommended a friend to get his hip done by Dr Mehdian and he was extremely happy with the results. Especially having to do posterior approach on his other hip ( not by Dr. Mehdian). He couldnt believe the results !!! In conclusion I would recommend Dr. Hossein Mehdian to anyone requiring hip surgery. Dont wait and think its going to get better.. I procrastinated 3 years and waited 6 months to get into surgery with Dr. Mehdian. Its was well worth it. He got me up and walking and off to a renewed life. He cares , he listens, and he explains what he is doing.
