Very unprofessional. For 8 months he's been taking care of my brother- in - law and none improvement was noted. He's been getting worst due several medications changes made by doctor Desai whom simply wouldn't observe him or care about anything related to his well-being. As a psychiatrist he can be careless, and indifferent in a way that shows no concerns at all about his patients. I would consider a review of his credentials as a professional.
