Kipling heights Medical Center is a wonderful Clinic, with great staff that truly care. the Most caring genuine and professional Doctor is Dr.Praglowski. She cares for each and every patient and doesn't rush like ever other doctor. I have seen her go over and BEYOND for her patients.

Staff is very helpful, considerate and efficient regardless of the fact that the office is always busy and, there are a many young children/babies running around and crying, as well as many clients who don't speak English, are upset or even hostile toward the staff. They remain professional and friendly. Dr. Praglowski is a really good Doctor who takes the time to listen, looks information up if she is not sure, like about medications, and referrals, considers if a client can afford certain treatments and tries to help find ways to help . She is open to other ideas/ non-traditionally medical ways to improve conditions like diet, exercise, natural treatments and support groups. She really cares about the clients, she is honest, trustworthy, dedicated. supportive, smart and is not easily manipulated. She makes you feel comfortable taking about anything.
