I have spent the last two hours waiting on the phone trying to get through to the office this morning. The reason I'm calling is we received a hostile message last evening that we hadn't paid for a vaccine at an appointment yesterday which we actually had paid for (obviously wasn't recorded properly). This is the latest in a long series of episodes with Dr. Al-Bakkal's office staff - it's such a shame because she's a great doctor, but it's impossible to get through to the office (just put on hold for 25 minutes plus), the office staff tend to be quite rude, and they make clerical errors.
