Glad to have an experienced doctor in town . My family has been with her for many years . I suggest her to move to a newer building but I know how moving can affect our appoitment time negatively .However do not work too hard You have to look after yourself first inorder to look after others.

Unprofessional and no work ethics. Purely money driven and praying on parents who can't speak English. Scolding and threatening patients to pay for un-necessary tests or "treatments"

Dr Tsang
The clinic is thankful to have retained well trained nurses with experiences. The office needs a skillful manager who will supervise renovations and general up kept of the office ,computer and new technology when the doctor(s) and nurses are busy with clinic work including meetings ,continued medical education ,electronic medical records system,telephone and paper work. Equipment , mostly electronic and up to date computer systems ,which are constantly being upgraded. .Examination beds and tables and furniture will look nicer if all being replaced with state of the art items . However ,for such renovation the clinic time availability can be affected. Rental contract is another consideration factor. With ongoing un-resolved issues and changing system ,the clinic is thankful to all the patients who are understanding . Please contact the Rouge valley Hospital (Centenary ) after hours clinic for back up . The phone system has just been changed today.Hopefully the 2 phone lines system will help communication.
