Excellent team and Physician's are wonderful. The whole team was pleasant and answered all my questions without making me feel like a bother. (I had LOTS of questions!)

You are just a number in this office..... no one looks at you....no one talks to you, and you wait for HOURS after your appointment time, with minimal apology. You can NEVER get through on the phone. You leave a message and a week later no one has returned your call. Their message CLEARLY states that you are not to leave more than one message as this delays calls......what, more than a week??! So you are left to call, and call, and call and call HOPING that someone will pick up the phone. This is terrible treatment - for anyone much less your own patients........
