Walk in
Nurse comes out of area where patients are seen still wearing gloves and goes into the front desk area touching files cleaning her glasses and touching multiple other surfaces still wearing gloves. In room for patients the sharps container does not have a lid so it can easily fall over as it is on the edge of the counter and spill needles all over ground. The garbage is full with the lid being held open by the amount of garbage stuffed in.

This is my worst doctor experience in Canada so far. I just went to the clinic to get an X-ray requisition. The first time he gave me a referal for the specialist instead of an X-ray requisition. So the Xray clinic had to send me back. He and the staff in the medical clinic blamed this to my miscommunication. After I finally got my xray done and showed it to my chiropractor. The Xray was taken on the wrong part of the body. So I had to go back to the clinic for the third time and this time Dr.Y asked me "what does it make a difference to the chiropractor?" Apparently he didnt listen to what his patient is saying. Because of that, he doesnt know what his patient actually needs. Perhaps technically, he is also not qualified to know which part of body should be taken an x-ray based on the pain area. I had to spend triple amount of time to get a correct X-ray during my busy working schedule. He's the most unprofessional and clueless doctor I've ever met. I'm glad this is not my family doctor just a walk-in-clinic one-time experience. ABSOLUTELY not recommended to go there.

My mother took my grandfather and grandmother here this past Sunday (Feb 24th 2013) and when walking to the building in the parking lot my grandparents fell. My grandfather was able to recover but my grandmother had hit her head when she fell and was stranded on the floor. Some people in the parking lot came over and tried to help. Someone went into the clinic to ask if they had a wheelchair because there was an accident. They said they would be out in a minute but NEVER CAME! To leave an old woman stranded on the parking lot floor is DISGUSTING! I am outragged to hear this from my mother. They never went in because they were able to bring the car around and get her to the hospital. Although I was never there and my mother never went inside I am still going to give them a low mark on everything and would caution anyone thinking of going here to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I really adore this clinic. The people are so nice. It's refreshing to go to a clinic where not just the doctors, but the staff is soo very nice to. They are also so very welcoming. I never felt awkward or intimidated, it was very comforting.
