This clinic is fine, as long as you don't have to speak to any of the receptionists. They are without a doubt, the unfriendliset people I have ever met. And we are not talking someone is having a bad day. They are SO consistent in the bad service, it is quite impressive. Now I realize that it is not an easy job, dealing with people tired of waiting ect, but come on.. would it kill them to crack a smile. To me, if they were able to be pleasant, it would lower the tension level in the waiting room. When people are treated nicely, they usually return the favor. I can not stand this place. After 3 years of going every month, I will never set foot in there again.
